This Ginger, Turmeric and Bromelain is a unique synergistic formula combining three remarkable botanical ingredients in one handy tablet. The vegan friendly complex has been carefully crafted by Natures Aid's in-house nutritionists and is free from artificial colours, flavours and GM.

With a long history of use, spanning back over thousands of years, most of us are very familiar with the pleasant scent and warming effects of Ginger when used in food preparation. This aromatic spice has been extensively researched, studies indicate the presence of over 100 active components including Gingerols and Shogaols.

Turmeric is an equally popular spice, a common ingredient in curries. However, Turmeric is also widely used in Chinese & Indian Herbalism and has also been the subject of much research in recent years. The active component in Turmeric is Curcumin, which is responsible for the spices distinctive yellow colour.

Bromelain is the name given to a group of enzymes found within pineapple juice and pineapple stems. These enzymes can digest protein, this is why the strength of bromelain is described by its ability to digest the protein gelatine. Our Ginger, Turmeric & Bromelain contains 100mg of Bromelain with a strength of 2000 Gelatine Digesting Units or GDU’s per gram.
