If you're not happy, we're not happy ...
Of course, we want you to be perfectly happy with your order but if for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at online@naturalhealthstore.ie stating the reason why you wish to return your product.

Please note that we can not accept goods back that have been opened or used. We will refund the cost of the product in total to the card that was used for the purchase.
In the case of incorrect or damaged orders being sent to you, we will refund the cost of postage also.
