Designed to support bone health. One Nutrition contains vegetarian Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and Vitamin K2 (MK-7 K2VITAL®) in a highly absorbable form. These two vitamins contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and calcium absorption.
6 Sprays delivers 3000IU Vitamin D and 100μg of K2. Each spray gives 500IU D3 and 16.7μg K2, which allows for dose modulation.
Vitamin D3 supports the maintenance of normal bones, muscle function and the immune system.
Vegetarian, highly absorbable spray with a natural orange flavour. Absorbs straight under the tongue into the bloodstream.

Directions
Adults take 1 to 6 (max) sprays daily. Spray under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds
