MAG365 Exotic Lemon provides high quality ionic magnesium citrate in powder form which ensures optimal assimilation and absorption in a delicious exotic lemon flavour. This magnesium supplement is made using 100% natural magnesium, in a highly available form, with no fillers. Directions
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.
Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.
