Clair's Easy Peasy Protein Balls

Method

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together except the desiccated coconut. Add in the wet ingredients. Work together to form a firm paste, add more apple juice mix is too dry. Form the mix into balls- you should make 8 from this mix. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut to coat them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
