Viridian's Organic Ginger is sourced from Soil Association certified, organically grown ginger root, produced in the UK. Our ginger is simply dried at room temperature and then ground meaning it is kept in its’ most efficient form. Ginger can be used for a variety of stomach problems including, nausea and an upset stomach, and motion sickness. Taking it before a long car journey to help with motion sickness. Ginger can also help to reduce nausea induced by pregnancy or illness.
Directions
One to three capsules daily. The capsule can also be emptied and added to food and drink including smoothies and yoghurts if preferred.
