What’s Special About Meno Herbal Support? It contains carefully selected and very specific nutrients and herbs in the correct form, quality and amounts that are important to support you through the perimenopause and menopause.

For example, the vitamin B6 is in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P); the active form which your body can use. If you choose a supplement where the vitamin B6 is in the form of pyridoxine (which is a much cheaper form), your body must convert it into P-5-P in order to get the benefit. If you are run down, tired or stressed then your body may not be able to make this conversion from pyridoxine to P-5-P which means you do not get the benefit of this important vitamin.

 

Directions

2 capsules daily, for best results take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
