Lifeplan Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg (60 Tablets) Lifeplan Time Release Vitamin C 1000 mg Tablets contain 1000 mg of Vitamin C and are specially formulated to provide a gradual release in the body over a 2-6 hour period. They also contain bioflavonoids and other nutritional substances which aid the absorption of vitamin C. It is not stored in the body and a regular fresh supply is required.
