Directions
Take 3 sprays daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before every use. Depress the pump 3 times to prime and carefully spray 3 times against the inner cheek. Research has found this to be the most absorbent area.
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
