Ingredients

  • 200 ml Coconut milk

  • 50 g Pumpkin purée

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1 drop Vanilla extract

  • Autumn spices (cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger)

  • Espresso coffee alternative of your choice - I use Dandelion coffee/ mushroom blend

Directions

  1. Simply add all of your ingredients to a saucepan and whisk to combine. Warm through over medium heat, then add coffee of choice and stir and enjoy!
