• Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for massage or pulse point application.
• Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of warm water for an aromatic steam.
• Mix a few drops with water in a spray bottle to freshen rooms or surfaces.
• Combine with citrus oils in diffuser blends for a clean, energising fragrance.
