1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup diced onion

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 egg

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

FOR THE TANGY DRESSING

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey
