I don’t know about you but I never thought I would see the day where I would leave the house without makeup on. I do feel naked without it but what’s the point in wearing any? Avoid sugar, alcohol, smoking, they’re bad for your skin.
Drink plenty of water your skin will thank you for it.
Eat plenty of food rich in omega oils to literally oil the skin from the inside out.
