Adding a green twist to the classic hummus, this dip is guaranteed to be the talk of your next dinner table. All the fibre and good fats from the chickpeas and tahini get a green boost of fresh vitamins from the spinach, making this an all-around super dish!

  • 1 tin organic chickpeas

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • olive oil

  • Juice from half lemon

  • Sea salt

  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 1 clove fresh garlic

  • 1 -2 cubes frozen spinach or a handful of fresh spinach leaves


  1. Blend the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, spices garlic and lemon juice in the food processor together with the spinach until it reaches a smooth consistency. If desired, add a tablespoon or two of water for a more loose consistency.

  2. Enjoy with freshly cut veggie sticks like cucumbers, carrots, peppers or celery sticks!
