Beetroot and Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 Beetroot with skin washed and rough chopped

  • 2 Carrots with skin washed and rough chopped

  • A handful of Frozen Blueberries

  • 15 g Ginger with skin

  • 250 ml Hemp seed milk

  • 1 Juice of lime

  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Blend everything together, garnish with a few blueberries and a mint leaf.
