YesYouCan Vanilla Cupcake Mix is an easy gluten-free and vegan-friendly baking mix for making soft, delicious homemade cupcakes. Complete with a vanilla frosting mix, it gives you everything you need to bake and decorate a sweet treat with minimal fuss.
Made without dairy, eggs, soya or peanuts, this cupcake mix is suitable for a range of dietary needs and is also certified halal. Each pack makes 12 servings and can be used for cupcakes or a simple vanilla cake.
Directions
Serving per pack: 12. Serving size: 65 g (1 cupcake).
Preparation and Usage: Vanilla cupcake. Prep time: 10 mins. Baking time: 20-25 mins. Serves 12. For preparation you will need 160ml water, 60g margarine, 2 eggs or vegan egg replacer, 1 cupcake tray. Frosting: 60g margarine. Pre-heat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional). Mix ingredients and bake. Cream margarine for frosting and add frosting mix.
