Whole Earth Organic Elderflower is a lightly sparkling drink made with real elderflower extract and flavouring. Elderflowers are first blended with sparkling water, and then organic fruit juices from apples, grapes and lemon are added to balance the taste and achieve this delicate mixture of flavours. The lemon acidity helps to preserve the drink, and adds tartness. This soft drink can be enjoyed at any time, with no guilt as its only uses natural fruit juice and agave for sweetness. Whole Earth products are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, and contain no added sugar.
