Directions
- Immediate Support: 1g every 2 or 3 hours and once during the night.
- Ongoing Support: 1g once or twice a day.
- Mix with water or juice - approximately 100ml.
Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school & length of time at school.
Measuring Guide: 2 - 3 grams = Heaped teaspoon. 1 gram = level teaspoon.
