Raw cacao butter is made from the cacao bean. The bean is cold-pressed at low temperatures in order to separate its oil, which is then made into cacao butter. Cacao butter is the raw material of chocolate! It is sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and full of antioxidants.
Directions
Add cacao powder and a natural sweetener such as xylitol to raw cacao butter to make your own delicious and healthy chocolate. Cacao butter can also be used on skin as a richly moisturising body lotion.
