Together Health Eye Defence is a plant-based eye health formula combining the carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin, together with beta carotene and vitamin B2.

Lutein and zeaxanthin are sourced from Aztec marigold flowers, while astaxanthin comes from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis. Beta carotene is provided from carrot concentrate and is converted by the body into vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.

Vitamin B2 also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. As the formula contains fat-soluble nutrients, Together Health recommends taking it alongside a meal containing some fat.
