For touching up roots: Cover with the plastic cap and leave for 20 minutes. Take off teh cap, with gloves on squeeze the remaining colour of the length of your hair and massage in. Wait for 10 minutes with the cap on. Step 4: Remove the plastic cap. Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water until the water funs completely clear. Follow with conditioner, leaving it on for 5 minutes and combing through hair before rinsing thoroughly.
