Directions
Spatone can be taken straight from the sachet, or with juice high in Vitamin C. We recommend a single sachet in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally 30 mins before breakfast.Ingredients
Ferric and ferrous are the two types of iron that are found in supplements. Spatone contains ferrous iron (Fe 2+) which is easier to absorb.
