Choline is closely related to the B-vitamin family and, like B vitamins, is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It also contributes to the normal transport of fats, including cholesterol and triglycerides, from the liver to cells throughout the body, helping to support normal liver health.
