Gentle, well absorbed iron with vitamin C for support. Iron-C combines iron as Ferrochel® (bisglycinate), a well tolerated, highly bioavailable form with buffered vitamin C (calcium ascorbate). Vitamin C helps increase iron absorption, while iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
