Product Description
This rich pomegranate molasses is made from 100% pure pomegranate juice, slowly reduced to create a thick, ruby coloured syrup with an intense balance of sweet and sharp, fruity flavour. With no added sugar or additives, it delivers a naturally concentrated pomegranate taste.
Made using carefully selected dark burgundy pomegranates harvested from late summer into autumn, around 340g of pomegranate juice is used to produce each 250ml bottle.
A two star Great Taste Award winner, this versatile ingredient is a staple in Persian, Levantine and Eastern Mediterranean cooking. Use it in marinades, salad dressings and glazes, drizzle over roasted vegetables, fruit or yoghurt, or add a splash to cocktails and prosecco for a fruity twist.
