Amla berry, magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate chelate supplying 30 mg magnesium; magnesium taurate supplying 20 mg magnesium), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium (Lithothamnion Spp. supplying 40 mg calcium), diindolylmethane, ascorbyl palmitate, broccoli sprout, lemon balm leaf, milk thistle seed, flax seed, zinc picolinate, kelp, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium pantothenate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), biotin, cholecalciferol, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, chromium picolinate, calcium-L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin. Free from artificial colours and preservatives. Free from the allergens milk, eggs, fish, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, peanuts, soyabeans, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin, mollusc, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
