Directions

For daily maintenance: Children ages 6 to 12 take (2.5ml) 1/2 teaspoon daily with 8oz of water. Adults and children over 12 years old take (5ml) 1 teaspoon daily with 8oz of water.

For intensive use: Children ages 6-12 take (2.5ml) 1/2 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart. Adults and children over 12 years old take (5ml) 1 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart.

Shake well before use. This product contains honey, refrigeration is not required.
