Mag365 Passion Fruit is the same Mag365 you know, but now with natural passion fruit flavouring. Magnesium is essential to maintain the normal functions of the heart, nerves, muscles and cells. Magnesium relaxes muscles, calms nerves, and keeps blood flowing freely. Mag365 can be taken in the evenings before bed to help relax the muscles and aid in recovery whilst sleeping. It also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
Directions
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.
Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.

Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate)
Natural flavouring. Sweetener : steviol glycosides.
