Le Paludier de Guérande ground sea salt is hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Guerande using a traditional method. It is a legacy of traditional know-how and is naturally grey and free from any additives.
After harvesting, Le Paludier de Guerande ground salt is left to drain in the sun, simply dried and ground. This fine salt is suitable for use on the table or in the kitchen.
