Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep.
Directions
For adults and the elderly take two tablets three times a day with water after meals. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. Always read the label before taking this product.
Ingredients
33.75 mg of Extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (valeriana officinalis L.) (equivalent to 135 to 167mg of Valerian root). Extraction solvent : Ethanol 60% v/v also contains sucrose.
