Bowel Essence is a combination of nine tinctures of flowers (Pine, Orange Hawkweed, Walnut, Willow, Star of Bethlehem, Agrimony, Tormentil, Mimulus, Bluebells and Self Heal in equal proportions.
This remedy can be used by those who may be feeling sluggish, blocked, unsettled, knotted, churning and generally uncomfortable. Bowel essence can help promote calm, cleanse, settle, ease, comfort and generally relax you.
Directions
Adults: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
Children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
