MAG365 Exotic Lemon provides high quality ionic magnesium citrate in powder form which ensures optimal assimilation and absorption in a delicious exotic lemon flavour. This magnesium supplement is made using 100% natural magnesium, in a highly available form, with no fillers. Magnesium is essential to maintain the normal functions of the heart, nerves, muscles and cells. Magnesium relaxes muscles, calms nerves, and keeps blood flowing freely. Directions
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.
Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.
