Directions

Apply a pea sized portion to the lower abdomen, inner thighs, or breast area and massage until fully absorbed. You can repeat this up to 3 times a day, applying to different areas of the body each time and taking breaks of 5 days or a week in between uses. Men can follow the same steps but apply once a day.
