Product Description
Premium Raw Irish Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother is a live culture vinegar made from 100% Irish apples. Double fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised, it contains no additives or preservatives and has a natural acidity of 5% to 6%.
Made using a computerised temperature controlled production system, this Irish apple cider vinegar is carefully produced for consistency, quality and traceability. A 100% natural product, it was awarded 1 Star at the Great Taste Awards 2021 and was a finalist at Blas na hÉireann 2023.
Directions
Add a splash to salad dressings and vinaigrettes.
Use in marinades for vegetables, fish or meat.
Stir into sauces, chutneys or pickles for a tangy flavour.
Mix with olive oil, honey and mustard for a simple dressing.
Add a small amount to warm water or herbal tea if desired.
Use in cooking where a bright, sharp apple vinegar flavour is needed.
