Magnesium Sleep Kids’ Bath Flakes are a marvellous mixture of magnesium chloride, lavender and popping candy make bathtime extra fun for little snapperwhippers.
The specially selected ingredients create a soothing and calming effect on the body, and then used as part of a child’s bedtime routine, helps your child fall into a deeper, more sustained sleep cycle, enabling them to wake up more refreshed.
Soaking in a magnesium-rich bath before bed helps promote relaxation and sooth tired and aching muscles.
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [from milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool.
Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
750g of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium.
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
