Directions

Use 2-3 sprays per area, per application. The easiest way is to make it part of your morning and night time routine, but it can be used as and when you need relief during the course of the day. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin.

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
