Cool, minty and refreshing, organic peppermint essential oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy to help clear the mind and boost focus. Its crisp, invigorating aroma is also a popular natural choice for freshening the home and is often used to help deter spiders. It blends well with eucalyptus, rosemary, lavender or lemon.

Ways to use

Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser for a fresh, cooling scent.
Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for a stimulating massage oil.
Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of warm water for aromatic steam inhalation.
Mix 10–15 drops with 100ml distilled water in a spray bottle for a natural room or spider-deterring mist.
Combine with eucalyptus or lemon in a diffuser for a crisp, energising blend.
