Fresh, zesty and uplifting, this lemon essential oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy to refresh the mind and brighten the atmosphere. Its clean citrus scent is ideal for morning diffuser blends, household freshness, or mixing into invigorating massage oils. It pairs well with rosemary, peppermint, lavender or eucalyptus.

Ways to use

Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser for a crisp, energising aroma.
Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for a refreshing massage or body oil.
Mix 10–15 drops with 100ml distilled water for a natural room or linen spray.
Add 2–3 drops to a bath base or unscented shower gel for a revitalising soak.
Combine with peppermint or eucalyptus in a diffuser for a cooling, fresh blend.
