Bright, zesty and uplifting, this grapefruit essential oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy to refresh the senses and encourage a cheerful atmosphere. Ways to use

Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser for a light, energising citrus scent.
Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for a refreshing massage oil.
Add 3–5 drops to a bath base or unscented shower gel for a revitalising soak.
Mix 10–15 drops with 100ml distilled water in a spray bottle for a natural room or linen mist.
Combine with rosemary or bergamot in a diffuser for a crisp, focused blend.
