Ways to use

• Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser for a soothing, grounding aroma.
• Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for a calming massage oil.
• Add 3–5 drops to a bath base or unscented shower gel for a relaxing soak.
• Place 1–2 drops on a tissue or scent stone for a gentle bedtime aroma.
• Mix with lavender and mandarin for a comforting evening diffuser blend.
