Ways to use

• Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser for a calming, grounding scent.
• Blend 1–2 drops per 10ml carrier oil for massage or pulse-point application.
• Add 3–5 drops to a bath base or unscented shower gel for a relaxing soak.
• Place 1–2 drops on a scent stone or tissue during meditation or yoga.
• Combine with citrus oils for a fresh, balanced diffuser blend.
