Atlantic Aromatics Chamomile Roman Essential Oil 16%

Sweet, soft and calming, this Roman chamomile oil (pre-diluted to 16%) is often used in aromatherapy to encourage relaxation and a soothing atmosphere. Its gentle, apple like scent makes it a lovely choice for winding down in the evening or creating a sense of comfort. Pairs beautifully with lavender, mandarin or sandalwood.

Ways to use

Pulse points: apply 1–2 drops to wrists or neck; patch test first.
Gentle massage: add 5–10 drops to 10ml carrier oil for a soft, relaxing blend.
Bath: mix 3–5 drops with a bath base or unscented shower gel before adding to water.
Scent stone or tissue: 1–2 drops for a light bedside aroma.
Blend builder: layer with lavender or bergamot for a soft floral citrus scent.

For external use only. Already diluted, use sparingly on skin. Not recommended for ultrasonic diffusers if blended in carrier oil; check your label. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
