Directions

To clear Airways and Promote Easy Breathing:

Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.

OR

Add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.

OR

Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing bath soak.

To Ease Heavy Chests:

Blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, and apply in circular motions to the chest and throat area.

For a Clearing Aroma:

Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
