Directions

Adults: 20 drops 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.

To aid sleep:
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over): 30 drops in a little water half an hour before bedtime.

Do not take more than 90 drops over a period of 24 hours. Children: This product is not recommended for children.
