Manuka Honey Drink with Apple Cider Vinegar and Ginger
A lovely and simple Manuka Honey drink to keep your immune system boosted.

Ingredients

2 cups of water

1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2.5cm)

½ tablespoon of Manuka Honey

½ tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions

Put the ginger in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Strain then add honey, vinegar, and lemon.

Stir the mixture well until the honey has dissolved.

Drink straight away or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
