Ingredients

4 Tablespoons of organic sunflower oil

1 Free range egg

50 Grams of xylitol

100 Grams of hazelnuts

75 Grams of raisins

100 Grams of millet flakes
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Grease two baking trays with a little oil or butter

Lightly whisk together the oil, salt, egg, and xylitol

Stir in all the remaining ingredients

Roll the mixture into 10 balls – place on the baking sheet and flatten down slightly

Bake in the oven until golden
