Method

  • Pre heat oven to 180 degree Grease two baking trays with a little oil or butter Lightly whisk together the oil, salt, egg and xylitol Stir in all the remaining ingredients Roll the mixture into 10 balls – place on the baking sheet and flatten down slightly Bake in the oven until golden Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire tray to cool completely
