Biona's vegan Egg Nog is deliciously creamy but without the dairy. Made using their organic coconut milk, this sweet and healthy drink is one of our favourite festive drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1 g can Biona Organic Coconut Milk (400 ml)

  • 65 g raw cashews (Soaked overnight for 2 hours)

  • 65 ml cup water

  • 3 tbsp Biona Organic Maple Agave syrup

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Soak the cashews overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

  4. Serve chilled and toast Christmas!
