Overnight Oats

So many ways to make overnight oats. Here are some of Fred's favourites. Where you see protein added don't be afraid to mix it up with the flavours to find the one you like. Best thing about these are you can make a weeks worth up dry and then add the milk of your choice the night before. Great for making sure you get your breakfast everyday. Cinnamon powder & xylitol are to taste. If your protein powder is quiet sweet or clashes with cinnamon you can leave them out.

Overnight Oats

  • 40g Oats

  • 10g Ground Almonds

  • 10g Almonds

  • 1 Scoop of protein powder

  • 1tsp Cinnamon to your liking

  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tsp Xylitol

  • 15ml Almond Milk (or milk or your choice)


  1. Add all dry ingredients to jar/container

  2. Shake/mix them well

  3. Mix very, very, very well with a spoon

  4. Add to fridge overnight

  5. Enjoy for breakfast
