I think this is important but this could be only 10 minutes for you. Vitamin D is important for our bones and our mental health so I do not want to block all of the sun.
How to get a sun-kissed glow without hours in the sun
My legs, especially my lower legs never take a tan. This is annoying in the summer time when I want to where a skirt or dress. My white legs would blind you.
