Moringa Leaf a simple way to boost your nutrient intake

If you’re looking for a natural energy lift, hormonal support, or a simple way to boost your nutrient intake, Moringa could be just what you’re looking for. This vibrant green powder comes from the leaves of the Moringa oleifera tree, often called the “Miracle Tree”  and for good reason.

Packed with plant based goodness, Moringa is a natural source of iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium  as well as powerful antioxidants, including vitamin C and quercetin. It contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a brilliant addition to your diet, if you are on a vegan or vegetarian diets.

One of Moringa’s standout benefits is its anti-inflammatory power, which can help support joint comfort and hormonal balance, especially during perimenopause and menopause. It’s also known for helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels, support liver detoxification, and my favourite part, it promotes glowing skin from within.

What our customers say about Moringa

Several customers told me that they feel a gentle but noticeable lift in energy and focus by using Moringa regularly. They said what they really like about it is that they get the gentle lift without the jittery effects of caffeine.

Other customers reported that they just felt better and couldn't put their finger on it but that they felt good, healthy, and vibrant and put this feeling down to adding Moringa to their diet as this was the only change that they made to the diet.

There has been less feedback in terms of joint support and comfort but a couple of customers said that they felt more flexible and comfortable so that was a happy change for them to feel.

One common theme is that everyone who spoke to me told me that their skin looked better and that they felt their skin had a healthier glow.

I guess it is not called the miracle tree for nothing!

How do you take Moriniga?

Most people seem to prefer powder, and we stock, True Natural Goodness Moringa and Iswari brands of organic Moringa powder, both trusted names that ensure purity and sustainability. Both brands are ethically sourced and tested for quality, so you can feel confident you’re getting the very best.

Start with ½ teaspoon daily and build up to 1–2 teaspoons as needed. It has a strong flavour that works well in smoothies, juices, or some like it stirred into water with some lemon. You can also mix it into salad dressings, sprinkle it over soups, or add it to energy balls and raw treats. We recently tasted it in Biona Apple Juice and this went down a treat, many who had never tasted it before were quite surprised that it tasted very good.  What I found interesting was that people said that they could taste the goodness in one small serving. Their pallet felt alive, away, and nourished, I thought that was interesting to hear.

You may not notice the health benefits in day one, but with regular use you should start to notice the health benefits of Moringa powder.

For those of you will would prefer capsules you could try  Arurvediq Organic Moringa capsules, they are organic, suitable for vegans, are free from fillers, binders, anit-caking agents or flowing agents. It is also free from gluten, soy, wheat, lactose, sugar and salt.

Moringa has been used for thousands of years to help all sorts of health conditions but this doesn’t mean that it is suitable for you. Especially if you are taking any medication. It could interfere with medication to treat diabetes, blood pressure, blood thinners and thyroid medication. It is always wise to talk to your health care provider before taking supplements.
